Whenever I see a woman I fear I might fall in love with, or a Van Gogh painting, I treat them the same way I treated that spot of blood. I refuse to look at them straight on when I think other people are looking at me. When I think I am unobserved, I look until I blush and have to scurry to another part of the room.

Thanks to that reblog from @ilovecharts, I was feeling good and made a little illustration about my internet dating cycle. Notice that at no point does it say “Relationship!” or “successfully land a boyfriend.” Obviously I haven’t figured out how to do that.
